It is in Beblenheim, charming small village nested in the heart of the Alsatian vineyard (just beside the very famous Riquewihr), that are implanted the Munster maturation cellars of the House FISCHER
Since 1926, four generations succeed to perpetuate their typical know-how .

Albert FISCHER, founder of the enterprise, has yielded his place to his son Armand FISCHER (photo) who has given his name to the main commercial mark "Le Grand'Père FISCHER". The former has bequeathed his know-how and his will to always go on to his daughter Yvette and her husband Robert MAULER in 1972, and since 1995, their son Philippe MAULER took up the torch. |
This same year 1995, the enterprise FISCHER has crossed an important cape by transforming its premises so as to put to EEC norms. These investments, relatively heavy for a family enterprise, have allowed it to double its volume within 3 years, thanks to the transmitted know-how and to the love of the trade.
At Fischer, the client is listened with attention and thanks to advice of his mother Yvette and his father Robert, who never hesitate to lend a hand, Philippe succeeds in satisfying all particular demands. This constancy in the quality has been rewarded many times.
